BIGGER TICKET GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES

KXLE Bigger Ticket Giveaway

Official Contest-Specific Rules and Addendum — 2026

These contest-specific rules supplement the General Contest and Sweepstakes Rules of Ellensburg Radio Broadcasting, LLC, doing business as KXLE AM/FM, available at https://kxleradio.com/contestrules/.

All General Contest Rules remain in effect unless expressly modified by this addendum. In the event of a conflict, these contest-specific rules shall control.

1. Contest Period and Entry

The KXLE Bigger Ticket Giveaway entry period begins at 9:00 a.m. Station Time on Friday, October 30, 2026, and ends at 5:59 a.m. Station Time on Friday, November 13, 2026.

For purposes of this contest, “Station Time” means the prevailing local time in Ellensburg, Washington (Pacific Time), including any applicable Daylight Saving Time adjustments.

To enter, participants must visit KXLERadio.com and complete and submit the official online entry form during the designated entry period.

All entries must be received no later than 5:59 a.m. Station Time on Friday, November 13, 2026. Entries received outside the designated entry period are ineligible.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries, false information, use of multiple identities, or attempts to circumvent entry restrictions may result in disqualification.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older, subject to the following restrictions:

  • Anyone selected as a final qualifier or finalist in KXLE’s Summer 2026 Big Ticket Giveaway is ineligible to enter or win the KXLE Bigger Ticket Giveaway.
  • Any person residing in the same household as one of those final qualifiers or finalists is also ineligible, regardless of relationship.
  • All standard employee, immediate family, household, sponsor, prize provider, and other exclusions contained in the KXLE General Contest Rules remain in effect.

Special Eligibility Exception: The standard 30-day prior-winner restriction in KXLE’s General Contest Rules is waived for this promotion. Previous KXLE contest winners may enter, provided they meet all other eligibility requirements and were not final qualifiers, or household members of final qualifiers, in the Summer 2026 Big Ticket Giveaway.

3. Grand Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nevada, for Sunday, December 6, 2026.
  • One (1) $500 Southwest Airlines gift card.
  • One (1) $500 MGM Resorts gift card.

The prize package is intended to assist with the cost of attending the event and is not an all-expenses-paid trip.

The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for all transportation, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, taxes, fees, and other costs not expressly included in the prize package.

Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and redemption restrictions of their respective issuers.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions or transfers are permitted by the winner except as expressly authorized by KXLE.

4. Prize Resale, Transfer, and Permanent Disqualification

All prizes awarded through the KXLE Bigger Ticket Giveaway are intended solely for the personal use and enjoyment of the verified winner and their permitted guest.

THE SALE, ATTEMPTED SALE, RESALE, BARTER, AUCTION, EXCHANGE FOR COMPENSATION, OR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFER OF ANY PORTION OF THE PRIZE PACKAGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

This restriction applies to all components of the prize package, including the NFR tickets, Southwest Airlines gift card, and MGM Resorts gift card.

Prizes may not be advertised, offered, or listed for sale through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, eBay, ticket resale platforms, social media, or any other public or private means.

The verified winner may designate one guest to use the second NFR ticket. This does not authorize the sale or transfer of either ticket for compensation.

ANY WINNER FOUND TO HAVE SOLD, ATTEMPTED TO SELL, BARTERED, OR OTHERWISE VIOLATED THESE PRIZE RESTRICTIONS WILL BE PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFIED FROM ALL FUTURE KXLE AM/FM CONTESTS, SWEEPSTAKES, GIVEAWAYS, AND PROMOTIONS.

KXLE AM/FM reserves the right to revoke or cancel any unredeemed portion of the prize package, require the return of prizes where legally permissible, and take any other action authorized by the General Contest Rules or applicable law.

All determinations regarding violations and disqualification shall be made by KXLE AM/FM, subject to applicable law.

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to these restrictions.

5. Winner Selection and Telephone Notification

On Friday, November 13, 2026, during the KXLE Morning Rodeo, between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Station Time, KXLE will randomly select a potential winner from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

KXLE will attempt to contact the selected entrant by telephone at the number provided on the official entry form.

THE SELECTED ENTRANT MUST PERSONALLY ANSWER THE TELEPHONE CALL WHEN KXLE CALLS TO BE DECLARED THE WINNER.

The following conditions apply:

  • The selected entrant must personally answer the initial telephone call from KXLE.
  • Calls answered by voicemail, automated answering systems, or another individual do not constitute a successful answer by the selected entrant.
  • KXLE will not leave a voicemail, make a second call, or provide an opportunity to return a missed call.
  • If the selected entrant does not personally answer, the entry is forfeited and KXLE will randomly select another eligible entrant.
  • This process will continue until an eligible entrant personally answers the telephone and satisfies the contest requirements.

NO ANSWER. NO CALLBACKS. NO SECOND CHANCES.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring their telephone numbers are accurate, their phones are operational, and they are available to receive a call during the announced drawing period.

KXLE is not responsible for calls that are blocked, screened, filtered, disconnected, unanswered, or otherwise unsuccessful, including calls affected by cellular service, carrier settings, spam-blocking technology, or other telephone-related issues.

6. Winner Verification and Prize Acceptance

The selected winner must meet all eligibility requirements and may be required to provide valid identification, verification of eligibility, tax documentation, and other applicable prize acceptance forms.

If the selected winner is found to be ineligible, refuses the prize, violates contest rules, or fails to complete required documentation, KXLE reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.

Because the prize includes tickets to a scheduled event, the winner must arrange to claim the prize within the timeframe specified by KXLE.

7. Sponsors

The KXLE Bigger Ticket Giveaway is sponsored by:

  • Ellensburg Rodeo
  • Riverbottom Rock
  • Ellensburg Licensing
  • Hajny Trading

Sponsors and prize providers are subject to the applicable provisions of KXLE’s General Contest Rules.

8. General Conditions

All decisions concerning eligibility, entry validity, winner selection, telephone contact, prize verification, prize resale violations, and administration of the giveaway are made by KXLE AM/FM and are final, subject to applicable law.

KXLE reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules, provides false information, attempts to manipulate the contest, or otherwise interferes with its fair operation.

KXLE may suspend, modify, or cancel the contest under the circumstances described in its General Contest Rules.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these contest-specific rules and the complete KXLE General Contest and Sweepstakes Rules.
